I Can Walk!

Yes yes, i know this may come a little too late. But better late than never. Afterall, daddy only started walking when he was 18th month! 奶奶 said daddy, 叔叔 & two others she used to take care of all started walking only at 18th month! Coz she always says she "不敢放".

So, over the long CNY holiday, mummy & daddy took care of me and made me practise walking. They even brought me to Fidgets where the floor is cushioned and carpeted so they could let me walk around freely. I could managed about 10-15 steps for the past few weeks but was always wobbling. But yesterday, mummy came home from work and witnessed me walking round and round the house from the living room to kitchen and from kitchen to my bedroom without falling! Ha...she was definitely very happy and excited, afterall they've waited very long to see this scene. Mummy even called her siblings and Sharon yi yi to share the good news. Silly mummy...

Mummy didn't manage to record the portion where i walk the longest. But guess this is good enough for my milestone record.

Who Do I Look Like - Part II

Well well well, i got to meet up with many relatives on the first two days of CNY. Many said i've grown up and look so different from a year ago. Some commented that i look more and more like daddy while others said i resemble mummy more.

Hmm...if you ask me, i don't think i can decide who i take after more. So, i've decided to let the Look-alike meter software do the judgement.

Brandon's Birthday

Opss...another outdated post.

Cousin Brandon celebrated his 1st birthday at Beulieu House on 18/01/09. Here's a series of photos taken.

And to round off the day, we headed to Xiao yi's place. We had dinner at the nearby kopitiam. The food was simply sedap!

Right: Daddy told me there's a cat. Ha...and mummy immediately raised her legs. Yes, she is very scare of cats. But she always put on a brave front when i'm around coz the last thing she wants is to have me afraid of cats, just like her.


Daddy carried both me and Renise after all the feasting that day. He thought he could lose some weight by carrying us around. Hee...

Cycling at East Coast Park

Hee...this is a back dated post coz it took place about 2 weekends ago. Mummy was too tired and skipped this post.

Anyways, instead of going to shopping malls, the adults decided on some healthy lifestyle. That was to go cycle at East Coast Park. Fantastic weather on that day, we brought food, chatted, strolled, cycled and all.

Mummy said 公公 needs some form of exercise coz he always likes to sit in front of the TV. Cycling was out, strolling was insufficient, so mummy made 公公 push me around the park while she enjoys the breeze. Hmm...lazy mummy.

Riding pillion for the very first time. Mummy was worried that she could not manage me. So daddy gave me the balloon so i could sit properly behind mummy.

Mummy was worried initially but increased her speed after i behaved well and sat there quietly. Was really fun, i wanna do it again!


Dyan falling asleep (again). Going, going....GONE! Zzzzzz.....The same thing happened the last time. Ha ha...


We cycled to the jetty before heading back. Will be back again!
