My Caregivers

Guess most of you might have meet them all by now, but still i would like to offically introduce my caregivers to all.

My 奶奶.


My daddy who turns 32 years old today. Happy birthday, daddy.


My mummy who is also celebrating 6 years anniversary with daddy on this very day.

Playtime

Went shopping with daddy and mummy over the weekend at Suntec & Vivo City. I had a good time coz daddy let me try out some rides. But, mummy started nagging daddy for spoiling me. Come on mummy...sigh, if only i could talk.

Hmm...is this an auto or manual car? And, who's making noise behind me?


Huh, time for milk? Nah, i'm not hungry yet. Will scream for my milk when i'm done, please get ready.


Cant they be more creative and manufacture something for babies? The steering wheel is way too far for my reach!


Ha ha...daddy ran out of idea what to play with me and came out with the idea of using the bolster as the "flying carpet".


Woa ha ha...if only everyday could be this fun.

Potty Training

I started my potty training on 18/02/08 when i was exactly 3 months old. Inspired by 奶奶's "Hmm hmm" sound, i managed to do my "big buisinees" in the potty:-)

Daddy's Favourite

Daddy has been and will be very busy for the next few weeks whilst his team members are away for overseas assignment in Brunei. Daddy will have to cover their duties while taking care of his own projects & duties. But, good thing daddy said is that he gets to see and play with me when he gets home everyday. That's why daddy says i'm his 宝贝.

I'm 3 Months Old

How fast, i'll be 3 months old tomorrow. Mummy took some shots for me today.

Still a bit blur after my morning feed.

Smiling...Mummy advised me to do the above exercise 3 times per day and she guarantees i will grow big and strong.


Sharing some personal time with daddy. Daddy shared how meaningful life has been after my arrival. I'm so glad i played an important part in your life, daddy. Oppss...look who's getting jealous. I love you too, mummy.


Potty train? No, not yet. Not till tomorrow when 奶奶 said she'll start potty train me since i respond well and poo whenever she says "hmm hmm". I'm trying out the bumbo seat from Helen 姨姨.


Lastly, this is my 3 months old (body) development. I weigh 6.6kg today. Drinking 150ml every 3 hourly, but with reduced appetite for the past 1 week. Can only manage to drink about 130ml of milk each time.

Here's some major milestones daddy & mummy think i've achieved over the past months.

1) Recognizes your face and scent
2) Holds head steady - I can now lift my head and shoulders high for longer period of time when placed on stomach using my arms for support. However, i still don't really fancy having tummy down time. My longest span for tummy time is no more than 5 mins.
3) Visually tracks moving objects
4) Squeals, gurgles, coos - I get real excited, especially at the sight of daddy. I'll look directly into daddy's eyes and start gurgling or tries to talk back.
5) Blows "raspberries" with my saliva
6) Recognizes voice - I will show an all-out gum grin whenever i hear daddy's voice.
7) Does mini-pushup
8) Rolls over, from tummy to back - I don't really have much tummy down time. But, I'm half way through this. Usually, i'll be sleeping on one side and after few hours, i'll be found at the other corner of my cot or lying horizontally from where i first slept.
9) Turns toward loud sounds
10) Can bring hands together, bats at toys

My 1st CNY

Daddy & mummy brought me to 公公 house for reunion dinner on the eve of chinese new year. There, i met my cousins who are also born in the year of pig.

Visiting 姨婆 during CNY. Xiao Ping 姨姨 was kind enough to let me sleep on cousin Rainie's doggie mattress. Cute right?

恭喜发财 to everyone!

As i celebrate my 1st CNY, mummy & daddy decided to do some minor deco in our house so i can take some pictures for remembrance.

Woa ha ha...daddy complained about mummy's photography skill. The branches look like reindeer's antlers, doesn't that make me a reindeer? Anyway, since i still can't talk, i can only bear with it for the next few months.
